Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our elite team. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in property sales, client relationship management, and market analysis. You will play a key role in advising buyers and investors, negotiating high-value deals, and contributing to the strategic growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on property investments, acquisitions, and sales across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored consultations based on client goals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and investors
Stay informed on market trends, legal frameworks, and pricing strategies
Negotiate and close transactions with professionalism and strategic insight
Use CRM systems to manage leads, track performance, and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy
Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and investment landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle required
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
