Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Consultant with a strong track record in the UAE property market. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, client-focused, and well-versed in the nuances of Abu Dhabi's real estate landscape. This role requires a high level of professionalism, market insight, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on property transactions including buying, selling, and leasing Conduct property viewings and provide strategic guidance on market conditions and investment opportunities Negotiate offers and manage the full transaction process from lead generation to closing Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulations, pricing trends, and developer offerings Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and property owners Collaborate with internal teams to promote listings and generate qualified leads Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing within the UAE Valid UAE real estate license or certification (RERA or equivalent) In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, including off-plan and luxury segments Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or other languages is an advantage Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
