This position is ideal for professionals who are confident in navigating Abu Dhabi's real estate landscape and delivering tailored solutions to buyers, sellers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
Advise clients on property selection, pricing, and investment opportunities
Conduct market research and comparative analysis to support client decisions
Negotiate contracts and oversee transactions from listing to closing
Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to ensure accurate listings and compliance
Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and new developments
Qualifications & Skills
3 to 5 years of experience in real estate consulting or brokerage
In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and transaction procedures
Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
