About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and

experienced Real Estate Agent

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the local property market, and strong negotiation skills. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi's metropolitan areas. Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently. Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments. Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events. Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities and property financing options.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales

(minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and regulations. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
