We're now looking for a

dynamic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist

to become a key player in our growth story.

Your Mission

As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our property owners, agents, and partners during the most critical phase -- the onboarding journey. Your role ensures a seamless, professional, and delightful handover process that sets the tone for a long-term relationship.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new holiday home units, landlords, and brokerage clients. Collect, verify, and manage all documentation, contracts, and compliance checks. Coordinate with operations, photography, listings, and account managers to ensure readiness for launch. Create clear onboarding roadmaps and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process. Ensure listings are optimized and live on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) promptly. Train new landlords and partners on our systems, processes, and expectations. Monitor initial performance and flag any operational issues to relevant teams. Build trust through communication and exceed client expectations.

You Bring

2+ years experience in onboarding, account management, or client services. Hospitality, property management, or real estate experience preferred. Interior design experience is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication (English required; Arabic or other languages a plus). Tech-savvy with CRM and task management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com). Problem-solving mindset and a high degree of professionalism. Passion for customer experience and operational excellence.
