Prior experience in
vendor coordination, documentation, and ERP-based procurement
is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate procurement and vendor follow-up (local and international).
Track inventory brand-wise and overall against monthly/quarterly targets.
Create and maintain Part Masters and linking in ERP.
Generate and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
Track order confirmations, shipment updates, and shipping documentation.
Maintain organized and accessible procurement records.
Handle warranty claims and manage excess/shortage discrepancies.
Collaborate with Sales Team to understand and fulfill part requirements.
Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and supplier payment processing.
Ensure price lists and vendor details are up to date.
Take ownership and initiative for assigned procurement tasks.
