We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Executive - Procurement

with strong experience in European auto spare parts. The ideal candidate will handle procurement planning, vendor coordination (local and overseas), inventory tracking, documentation, and claims management. This role requires close collaboration with sales and accounts teams, ensuring timely purchases, accurate record-keeping, and optimal inventory control.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):



Efficient procurement of parts from European and other vendors. Timely PO generation and shipment follow-ups. Inventory control against targets. Timely handling of warranty and excess-shortage claims. Vendor relationship management. Internal coordination (Sales, Accounts, Stores).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



% adherence to procurement schedule Inventory accuracy and aging control Purchase order cycle time Timely resolution of warranty/shortage claims On-time vendor payments Excel reporting accuracy and data maintenance Supplier price list and data update frequency

Qualifications:



Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree

Stream:

Supply Chain / Commerce / Business Administration / Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Specialization:

Supply Chain Management / Procurement / Automotive Sector

Work Experience:



Minimum

5-6 years

of experience in procurement, specifically within the

European auto spare parts

sector. Prior experience in

vendor coordination, documentation, and ERP-based procurement

is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Coordinate procurement and vendor follow-up (local and international). Track inventory brand-wise and overall against monthly/quarterly targets. Create and maintain Part Masters and linking in ERP. Generate and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs). Track order confirmations, shipment updates, and shipping documentation. Maintain organized and accessible procurement records. Handle warranty claims and manage excess/shortage discrepancies. Collaborate with Sales Team to understand and fulfill part requirements. Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and supplier payment processing. Ensure price lists and vendor details are up to date. Take ownership and initiative for assigned procurement tasks.
