Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest quality of customer and client satisfaction
- Understand the leasing market in detail.
- Schedule meetings & viewings with potential Clients
- Consistent follow up with clients to Maximize conversion of leads passed
- Periodic feedback from the clients on their satisfaction on our services
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure more leads from them
- Provide any client feedback to the management
- Meet assigned financial targets.
- Understand the requirements of clients to cross sell various services
- Maintain an effective working relationship with Clients to generate referrals
- Responsible to handle tenant from booking process till the tenancy contract signature level.
- Complete reservation process in MK and generate the lease forms or agreements for commercial, retail & residential units.
