Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chairman with high-level administrative, communication, and logistical tasks. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and liaise with stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the Chairman's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize commitments and ensure seamless coordination of events.
Communication & Correspondence
- Handle incoming communication, draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
- Ensure timely responses and maintain professional communication standards.
Meeting Organization & Documentation
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and oversee logistics for meetings.
- Follow up on action items and ensure proper documentation.
Travel Coordination
- Arrange travel itineraries, flights, accommodations, and other related needs.
- Provide detailed travel briefs and manage expenses effectively.
Document & Project Management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents with accuracy.
- Assist with project coordination, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Data & Confidentiality Management
- Conduct research, compile data, and maintain organized records.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and security.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and service providers on behalf of the Chairman.
- Build professional relationships to support strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
