We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
executive secretary
to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be an
Arabic-speaking professional
with proven experience in handling
legal and corporate documentation
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Draft, review, and prepare legal and corporate correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems for contracts and legal documents.
Coordinate communication between management, clients, and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as an executive secretary or in a similar role.
Legal background/experience in law firms or corporate legal departments
is a must.
Strong command of both
Arabic and English
(spoken & written).
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
