dedicated and professional Arabic-speaking Executive Secretary
to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, highly organized, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Draft and translate correspondence, reports, and documents in Arabic and English.
Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external parties.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
Excellent command of
Arabic and English
(both spoken and written).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Preferred:
UAE work experience.
