Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
Communication Management:
Handle and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Arrangements:
Organize travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
Document Preparation:
Draft reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Confidentiality:
Maintain discretion in handling sensitive company information.
Office Administration:
Assist in administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams.
Task Prioritization:
Anticipate CEO's needs and proactively handle issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an
Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
(minimum
3-5 years
).
Can speak english and arabic
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of
discretion and professionalism
in handling confidential matters.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
