Executive Patient Sales Representive

Job Description
English speaker. Experience in aesthetics, customer service and Sales.
Report directly to the Operations Manager and receiving directives and tasks from her, daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Book appointments
- Correspond all the inquires through social media, WhatsApp, emails form submissions and incoming calls.
- Assisting/ greeting the patients upon arrival and leaving.
- Sale and cross-Sale
- Coordinate communication between patients, medical and administrative staff.
- Explain policies, procedures to patients using medical or administrative knowledge.
- Performed and monitoring opening and closing duties / tasks.
- Prepare daily reports to the team responsible

- Customer service: 4 years (Required)
