Location: Doha, Qatar
A leading interior design and fit-out firm is seeking an General Manager with proven leadership in managing design studios, companies, or offices. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision, strong operational expertise, and the ability to drive business growth and elevate performance.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a General Manager in the interior design or fit-out industry.
Engineering background with solid proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, or equivalent).
Strong track record in business development and company growth strategies.
Strategic leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: QAR 10,000 - 15,000
Attractive commission based on performance and achievement
