Act as primary assistant to the Executive Manager.
Communicate fluently in English and Chinese (written & spoken).
Follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
Manage and arrange company expenses.
Organize and maintain the CEO's
travel arrangements and calendar schedule
.
Provide administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in English and Chinese.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Previous experience as an executive/manager assistant preferred.
Knowledge of the interior design or construction industry is an advantage.
