Key Responsibilities:
Manage the GM's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Female candidates only.
Coordinate communication between the GM, internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for the GM.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking minutes and tracking action items.
Assist in project follow-ups and task tracking across departments.
Handle confidential information with discretion and support smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills in English, Chinese and Arabic must.
Proficiency in MS Office and standard office software.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
