The Executive - Customer Service will oversee daily kiosk operations at Bikanervala, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth food & beverage operations. Experience in hotel, restaurant, or F&B service is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and friendliness.
Provide information on products and services, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
Manage food and beverage service efficiently.
Maintain kiosk cleanliness, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
Sales Building & Target Achievement Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with customers to promote products and increase sales.
Understand daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and work consistently to achieve or exceed them.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Monitor sales trends and provide feedback or suggestions to improve performance.
Support marketing and promotional activities to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Track personal sales performance and report progress to the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Kiosk, hotel, restaurant, or F&B operations preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Arabic language is mandatory.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Professional, guest-focused, and able to work under pressure.
Duty Hours:
8-10 hours per day
Salary:
AED 4,500 inclusive of all
