is hiring a highly motivated and expert

Executive Carpenter

to serve as the technical lead and supervisor of our workshop team. You will be the crucial link between the design studio and the finished product, responsible for the precision fabrication of all custom event, exhibition, and scenic requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Fabrication:

Actively lead and participate in the construction, assembly, and finishing of all custom elements, including scenic flats, stage sets, display units, and bespoke furniture.

Technical Interpretation:

Read, interpret, and prepare production files from AutoCAD

and other design software to ensure flawless execution from drawing to build.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and manage a team of skilled carpenters and fabricators, delegating tasks and managing the workflow to meet aggressive event deadlines.

Resource Management:

Oversee the workshop's inventory, material sourcing, and equipment maintenance to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment.

Quality & Safety:

Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, finish, and structural integrity across all builds, ensuring strict adherence to site-specific safety protocols.
Required Expertise

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-end, supervisory carpentry role, with

proven experience in the events, exhibition, or scenic fabrication industry.

Expertise in both

hands-on fabrication and team leadership.

Proficiency in AutoCAD

(or similar CAD software) and the ability to convert design files into clear workshop/production documents. Deep knowledge of materials used in temporary event structures (wood, laminates, plastics, etc.). Demonstrated ability to meet the demanding schedules and high-quality standards of

live event production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
