Job Description

We're hiring a detail-oriented

to manage the fabrication and execution of

large-scale public decor installations

for events including

Christmas, Ramadan, UAE National Day

, and other community celebrations. You'll be the engine behind transforming creative concepts into impressive real-world experiences.

Responsibilities:

Oversee production & installation of custom decor elements for large public installations (trees, arches, sculptures, lighting features, etc.). Manage sourcing, fabrication, logistics, and on-site delivery in collaboration with internal and external teams. Work closely with designers and installers to ensure feasibility and execution quality. Maintain timelines, budgets, and material quality standards across multiple projects.

Requirements:

Strong background in production or technical event management, with large-format experience. Knowledge of fabrication methods and materials (wood, metal, textiles, lighting, etc.). Skilled in coordinating with vendors, workshops, and logistics providers. Comfortable leading diverse teams and solving challenges in high-pressure environments.
