Our client, one of the most prestigious government entities in The UAE is currently searching for a high-level Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
The role:
Managing the ED\'s email inbox and flagging any urgent messages
Maintaining the calendar and coordinating workflow and meetings as required
Prioritizing conflicting needs and handling matters expeditiously and proactively
Maintaining office co-ordination and follow up with the ED\'s reports and other members of staff
Creating and maintaining office documents such as letters, memos, email, reports, spreadsheets,
Powerpoint presentations, and other documents with particular attention to accuracy
Handling all purchase orders on behalf of the Executive Office (using Oracle)
Answering and making telephone calls on behalf of the Executive Director
Advance preparation of papers and materials for meetings
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, including keeping contacts list up to date
Preparing responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
Preparing agendas, minutes and making arrangements for working group or other meetings
Making travel arrangements and logistics
At all times promoting the ED\'s office in a professional manner
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all stakeholders, relevant local
governmental organisations and external business contacts
Assisting other senior members of the Executive Office if required
Assisting the wider organisation\'\'s team on special projects/events
Help coordinate different departments for events, projects or programs
