We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the
Director of Operations
. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the Director's calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials on behalf of the Director.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Assist in tracking KPIs, operational reports, and project deadlines.
Organize and maintain files, records, and databases related to the operations department.
Coordinate with department heads and team leads to support smooth daily operations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Monitor and manage emails, ensuring urgent matters are escalated and addressed promptly.
Support the Director in implementing business strategies, managing special projects, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive or administrative support role.
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or a service-driven environment is a plus.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Discreet, reliable, and able to handle pressure with a calm and professional demeanor.
Flexible and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
