Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and other required relevant internal and external communication to stakeholders.
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondences.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate meetings, take accurate notes, and follow up on action items for the minutes of meeting.
Organize files, records, and office systems for efficiency (PDF/ Spreadsheet/ Word)
Monitor deadlines and ensure executives are prepared for meetings and commitments
Support day-to-day assistance to Managing Director.
Required Qualifications
Female Arab with strong background in the Real Estate Industry of Abu Dhabi.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
High level of professionalism and discretion
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
Familiarity with project management tools and office technology
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate effective communication and collaborations
Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
