Role: Personal Executive Assistant / Administrator Industry: Property Investment Acquisitions Skills: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent phone skills, be sharp, punctual, and organised, and have confidence in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and general computer skills. VAT Returns, Banking, Invoicing, Dealing with Property Management. Our Company: This is an excellent opportunity for a person to establish themselves in a discreet property investment company.   • As the right-hand person to the Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the business and his personal life. Your responsibilities will include managing emails, phone calls, and letter writing, as well as attending meetings and inspecting purchases alongside the Director and personal tasks.
  • We\'re seeking a candidate who can dedicate themselves fully to this position, without any constraints or commitments that would limit their availability or ability to perform the job effectively.
  • GCC Administrative Experience is required.
  • Drivers Licence is required.
