One of a leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai is urgently looking for highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant to the Director.
The ideal candidate will be handle day to day administrative and business activities & will be responsible for managing the Director's calendar, handling confidential information, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and serving as a point of contact both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Director.
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Attend meetings as required and take accurate minutes or notes.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders as a representative of the Director.
Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points from meetings.
Conduct research and compile data as requested for reports or decision-making.
Organize and maintain files and records (digital and physical).
Assist in personal administrative tasks if required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with scheduling software and virtual meeting tools.
Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
