A well-established documents clearing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant to the CEO
. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills to support the CEO in daily operations, client matters, and administrative priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments
Handle confidential documents and correspondence professionally
Coordinate with internal teams, government entities, and clients
Assist with PRO-related documentation, submissions, and follow-ups when required
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and key stakeholders
Ensure smooth day-to-day office coordination and task tracking
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of UAE work experience
in a similar role
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
Professional communication and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in documents clearing, consultancy, or PRO services is an advantage
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
