Executive Assistant to CEO ( In-Door Operations Role)
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,000 + Incentives + Annual Bonus

We are hiring a smart, reliable, and highly presentable Executive Assistant to the CEO to help manage operations and support business growth. This in-office role requires a strong command of English, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and confidence.
Preferred Background:
Experience in real estate or banking is highly preferred
Female candidates on Spouse Visa will have an advantage
Visa can be provided for the right candidate
Being camera-friendly is an added advantage (may be part of company videos, social media content, or presentations)
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Admin, Executive Support, Sales, or Business Development (UAE preferred)
Strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills
Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Ability to support senior leadership and manage sensitive tasks professionally
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the CEO with daily operations, scheduling, and coordination
Managing internal processes, documentation, and follow-ups
Supporting business development and occasional client-facing tasks
Participating in content creation or presentations as needed
