The Role
  • Manage the CEO\'s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend meetings on the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s behalf, as required, and take accurate minutes
Requirements
  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. \xe2\x80\xa2 This role is instrumental in optimizing executive workflow and enhancing the CEO\'s effectiveness.
