The Role
Position Title: Executive Assistant to CEO Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An energy business that operates across the petroleum value chain with a focus on Africa\'s natural resources : - Managing the flow of communication to and from the CEO and prioritize requests, filter out non-essential communication, allowing the CEO to focus on high-priority tasks and meetings. - Managing the CEO\'s calendar and scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events. - Coordinating projects, events, and initiatives which involves managing logistics, delegating tasks to other team members, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. - Serves as a liaison between the CEO and other members of the organization, as well as external stakeholders such as clients, investors, and vendors. - Anticipate potential issues, find solutions quickly and efficiently, often under pressure and assist in processing employment visa as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications: - Female, 38 years old and below - At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the similar role - Should be highly presentable/professional - Must have experience in assisting CEO in a very demanding environment - Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
