Executive Assistant to CEO Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and execution of day-to-day office management for the CEO
Scheduling and managing meetings and appointments within a rapidly changing set of priorities and demands for the CEO
Serving as the first point of contact for incoming queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Actively managing queries and responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate
Occasionally, will be required to handle CEO's personal projects/tasks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external constituencies regarding CEO matters, including highly confidential or critical matters.
Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, reflecting the CEO's style and the organization's policy.
Job Details :
Experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant for at least two years
Professional communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent administrative skills
