Position: Executive Assistant / PA for CEO (Male Required)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Communication Management: Handle and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Confidentiality: Maintain discretion when handling sensitive company information.
- Office Administration: Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams.
- Task Prioritization: Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role (minimum of 3-5 years).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
