We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Secretary
to provide administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
Communication Management:
Handle and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Travel Arrangements:
Organize travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
Document Preparation:
Draft reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Confidentiality:
Maintain discretion when handling sensitive company information.
Office Administration:
Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams.
Task Prioritization:
Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an
Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
(minimum of
3-5 years
).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of
discretion and professionalism
in handling confidential matters.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
.
Ability to
multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
