Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the regional C-suite leadership team, including but not limited to the CCO and VP HR, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their day-to-day activities. This includes managing complex calendars, coordinating communications, and supporting special projects to enhance leadership effectiveness. In addition, support the development and administration of office support plans and processes to meet administrative and operational needs, oversee office facilities and equipment, and ensure the seamless running of business activities in alignment with business requirements, office and employee needs, and Group guidelines and policies.
