Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to support their Business Development team within the investment and wealth management sector. The role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring a hands-on all-rounder who can support sales, business development, and client engagement activities targeting top-tier corporate and institutional clients. The Executive Assistant will directly report to the Business Development Manager and support a team of 10-15 professionals..
Key Responsibilities
A Provide end-to-end support to the Business Development team in investment and wealth management initiatives.
A Assist with market prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, targeting top-tier corporates, family offices, and institutional clients.
A Prepare and coordinate investment proposals, client presentations, and pitch materials.
A Maintain CRM systems, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-up on business opportunities.
A Conduct market research to support business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
A Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling for the Business Development Manager and team.
A Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
A Handle logistics for client meetings, events, and workshops.
A Maintain documentation and administrative processes in line with compliance and regulatory standards.
A Act as a liaison between Business Development, Investment, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams.
A Ensure smooth information flow and coordination across departments to support client onboarding and deal execution.
A Assist in organizing client events, roadshows, and business meetings as required.
A Demonstrate a flexible, proactive, and hands-on mindset, supporting the team beyond traditional EA responsibilities.
A Identify gaps in processes and contribute to improvements in efficiency and workflow.
Requirements
A Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Business Development Support role within investment, wealth management, asset management, or financial services.
A Strong exposure to B2B sales and institutional client engagement targeting high-value clients.
A Excellent organizational skills, multitasking capability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
A Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
A Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a lean team environment.
A Knowledge of investment products and wealth management solutions is highly desirable.
