Position Overview: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities: * Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage the executive team\'s calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents.
Travel Arrangements:
Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation, ensuring efficient itineraries.
Document Preparation:
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required by the executive team.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Office Management:
Assist in the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies, equipment, and coordinating maintenance as needed.
Special Projects:
Take on special projects and assignments as directed by the executive team.
Qualifications: * Emirati National.
Bachelor\'s degree.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
