Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in supporting C-Suite executives in large organizations.
Strong experience in travel coordination and administrative management.
High proficiency in general administrative tasks, including document management and scheduling.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in similar Executive Assistant roles is essential.
Minimum level of education: Bachelor's degree
