Job Title: Executive and Personal Support Admin.

For a Multinational Company Located in Borg El Arab, an "Executive and Personal Support Admin" is urgently needed.
:
- Support management with an active calendar of meetings, events, and appointments.
- Continuously improve administrative standards.
- Arrange all communication, activities, and logistics for special events and meetings.
- Arrange and coordinate accommodations for travel as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls.
- Maintain documents, records, and reports discreetly and confidentially.
- Organize local, domestic, and international travel arrangements.
- Maintain a personal calendar; schedule appointments (Ex: official entities, passport renewals, meetings, etc.)
- Manage Property of the primary residence.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (High Degree)
- Male
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) is essential.
- Very Good English
- High degree of Discretion and trustworthiness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
- Having the skills of Flexibility and adaptability and working in an agile environment.
- Tact and diplomatic.
- Having a driving license is a must.
