Shift: Schedule: Full-time We have a dynamic and exciting opportunity for an experienced executive Personal Assistant to join our team at AXA GO Business Operations, supporting one of our Executives as an integral part of her office. Working in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment, we are looking for a candidate who feels comfortable and is experienced in working on a C-level. This will be an exciting and dynamic role with the opportunity to work closely with the Executive and their Executive Leadership Team to help run the office smoothly and support the wider team as required. The ideal candidate will be one that is passionate not only about the work they do but the brand they work for, takes ownership, drives continuous improvement in the processes around the Executive and is able to influence in a positive way those around them. JOB PURPOSE : As the Personal Assistant to the Executive, you will provide high level professional, secretarial and administrative support working closely with the Head of Office and managing a varied and busy diary to the Executive, including her/his busy travel schedule. You will enjoy developing your knowledge about the business of GOBO in order to best judge and advise on prioritization, scheduling and bringing the right information together to support the Executive in her/his discussions and decision-making process in these meetings. You will be comfortable dealing with detailed, often complex matters and are a skilled communicator and influencer with experience dealing with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and roles. You are someone who feels comfortable with long-term planning and thinking ahead and would be described as highly efficient and effective.

MAIN MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES : - Providing comprehensive diary management and ensuring effective management of the Executive's day and all that it entails, including balancing personal commitments - Making all travel arrangements, domestic and international, preparing detailed and accurate itineraries and briefing packs, booking venues, flights and transfers, accommodation, and visas - Organizing conference calls and Teams meetings - Organizing in-person meetings and acting as the principal point of contact when the Executive is visiting the local premises - Supporting inbox management and prioritization - Providing ad-hoc support where required

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE : The candidate should be able to navigate a large, global Group and work with a wide variety of international stakeholders in both English and French. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in an environment that requires agility to think on your feet and the confidence to take on a variety of competing priorities where the need for creativity and self-sufficient decision-making is key. The candidate should feel comfortable working at all levels of the organization, in a large globally disbursed team and enjoy building professional relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

SKILL SET AND COMPETENCIES : Within this role, confidentiality, handling of sensitive situations and the ability to juggle priorities, ensuring our Executive is fully supported, will be second nature to you. With a proven track record of providing high level executive and administrative support to an Executive, you will bring professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to get the job done by coordinating activities across our team and taking ownership for outcomes. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, who is highly analytical, meticulous in managing process, feels comfortable to be an active advisor and who is energized by finding creative solutions to any issues that arise.

- High attention to detail and significant experience practical experience of supporting an Executive - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effective at all levels - Excellent organization, diary management and planning skills - Significant tact and integrity to manage the sensitive nature of information - Excellent communication skills dealing with staff at all levels, customers, board members, and external stakeholders - Fluency in both English and French - Strong computer skills, with demonstrable experience of Microsoft software and devices (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Ability to work calmly and effectively when handling multiple requests, prioritizing to ensure business objectives are achieved - Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and partners at all levels - Ability to work effectively within a team environment - Assertive with strong influencing skills - Ability to use own initiative, be proactive and otherwise deal with queries promptly as they arise - Experience of operating as a PA at C-Level
