Key Responsibilities:
Daily attendance, overtime records, and payroll preparation support
HR coordination, job offer preparation, and JISR system handling
Quotation preparation and enquiry follow-ups
Email management (Sales, Management, Hiring & PR)
Job order issuing and tracking for production
Coordination between CEO, HR, Finance, and other departments
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Strong MS Excel and email communication skills
HRMS / payroll system experience (JISR preferred)
Highly organized and able to multitask
