We're seeking an

Event Sales Representative

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is driven, well-connected, and passionate about sales in the events and entertainment industry. This is a

commission-based role

perfect for someone motivated by performance and eager to earn based on results.

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients, sponsors, and exhibitors. Sell event spaces, activations, and partnership packages for CLSTR's festivals and entertainment projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver successful events. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Proven experience in

sales

B2B partnerships

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong network within Qatar's corporate, hospitality, or automotive sectors is a plus. Self-motivated, results-driven, and professional. Must be currently based in

Qatar

Compensation

This is a
