Key Responsibilities:
Support Sales Manager with administration and client servicing
Act as the main contact for exhibitors, resolving queries and complaints
Update CRM/Momentus systems accurately
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Collect customer feedback and support sales strategies
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Bachelor's/12 years formal education
2+ years' experience in sales administration or junior sales role
Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
Knowledge of CRM systems (advantageous)
Flexible to work weekends/public holidays during events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Experience:
