Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the
end-to-end production process
, ensuring high-quality fabrication and timely execution.
Manage
workshops, vendors, and suppliers
to ensure materials, structures, and installations meet project specifications.
Supervise
set fabrication, stage builds, and event installations
, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with
designers, project managers, and technical teams
to bring creative concepts to life.
Develop and manage
budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
for multiple projects.
Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and industry standards
in all production processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site production or fabrication challenges.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience
in
event production, fabrication, and staging
within the
Events or Media
industry.
Strong knowledge of
materials, carpentry, metalwork, printing, and fabrication techniques
.
Experience managing
large-scale event setups, exhibitions, and custom builds
.
Ability to lead teams, coordinate with external vendors, and work under tight deadlines.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-site as required.
