Our Holding Group is currently looking for

Project Manager for Fit Out Projects

Follow up the implementation works and materials purchase. Reviewing the plans and applying them to the sites Follow-up workers (labors) and contractors. Follow-up the abstracts and ongoing projects. Check up sites' measurement/dimensions and organize as built drawings to be approved with execution manager. Reviewing as built drawings received from contractors and matching them on sites. Providing solutions on sites and coordinate between contractors as per operations approved from execution manager. Follow up task's completions from the side of contractors, reviewing and checking the payments. Organize a timetable on following up the sites and provide a weekly report for the execution manager. Provide monthly report on all ongoing projects and submit to the execution manager. Provide solutions for all sites problems with collaboration with the execution manager
Education

BS Architect / Civil Engineer
Requires Skills/Abilities

Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines A natural flair for building relationships with people on every level. Great communication skills and an ability to think quickly and clearly under pressure. Quick learner with a willing attitude and the ability to respond to a constantly changing environment Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (both speaking & written) Flexible to work longer hours if required
Technical

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior design or Civil Engineer. Experience with at least 6 years. With valid QID and transferable visa
