is required to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing day-to-day project operations.
Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site installation teams.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets under the supervision of the Project Manager.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
Support in managing client communications and subcontractor relationships.
Track materials, deliveries, and approvals to maintain smooth project execution.
Identify and report project risks or delays early to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management
.
2-4 years
of experience in
fit-out, joinery, or interior contracting
.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle, technical drawings, and shop drawings.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools
(e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
Fluent in Arabic and English
(written and spoken).
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
