Job Description

The Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of joinery and fit-out production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between workshop, site teams, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage the overall production process for joinery and fit-out projects. Supervise workshop and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution. Review project drawings and specifications; ensure proper detailing and approvals before production. Manage material procurement, inventory, and cost control. Monitor quality standards at every stage of production and installation. Ensure health & safety compliance across workshop and site activities. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients for project requirements and approvals. Allocate resources, manpower, and machinery effectively to meet deadlines. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues to avoid delays. Prepare production schedules, progress reports, and performance evaluations. Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

4-6 years' experience

in joinery and fit-out production in UAE. Strong knowledge of joinery production, finishing, and fit-out methods. Proficiency in interpreting shop drawings and technical details. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and safety practices.
