About the Role:

Social Hub is seeking a highly organized and experienced Events Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in event management within the UAE, including exhibition stands, activations, and large-scale or government campaigns. This role involves direct client communication, proposal development, and on-ground execution. Given the nature of the projects, fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events, exhibitions, activations, and public campaigns Coordinate with AV, fabrication, printing, and rental suppliers Prepare and present both technical and commercial proposals Communicate effectively with clients in both Arabic and English Supervise on-site event setup and ensure smooth execution
Qualifications:

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE events industry Proven track record in managing corporate or government events Strong skills in proposal writing, budgeting, and client engagement Valid UAE Driver's License MUST be residing in UAE
