Job Title: Event Production & Coordination Executive

What You'll Do:
? Build smooth event flows, timelines, schedules, and checklists
? Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, deliveries, and all logistics
? Support stylish setups, dismantling, and on-site event execution
? Assist with presentations, client decks, and Canva designs
? Work closely with the event, design, and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences
You'll Shine If You're:
? Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
? Great at multitasking and clear communication
? Skilled in Canva (creative eye is a bonus!)
? Based in Dubai and available full-time for 6 months
? Holding a valid UAE driving license and have your own vehicle
Preferred Background:
? Experience in events, production, or on-ground activation
? Prior exposure to coordination, logistics, or client support is an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
