Responsible for translating creative event concepts into on-ground reality by managing production elements, vendor coordination, inventory logistics, and quality control. Oversees event setup to ensure the final output aligns with brand standards and creative vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine event concepts.
Manage event inventory, props, and decor assets.
Supervise on-site production and setup to ensure quality and accuracy.
Conduct pre-event quality checks and troubleshoot on-site challenges.
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to maintain timelines and budgets.
Social posting after events.
Strong understanding of event design, production, and fabrication processes.
Excellent project coordination and vendor management skills.
Creative problem-solving and an eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Working knowledge of event production materials, AV setups, and on-site logistics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Design, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in event
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva; familiarity with design software (Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD) is an advantage.
Fluent in English
