We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Production Planning Executive

to join our paper bag manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and optimize the production workflow to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality output across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate production plans and workflow across multiple products. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays. Determine equipment and raw material requirements based on demand. Assign tasks to workers and monitor job progress against deadlines and budgets. Address production issues promptly to avoid disruptions. Track output metrics such as production volume, defect rates, and efficiency. Maintain accurate reports in Excel and support performance analysis. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other operational teams.
Keep all planning and production documentation well-organize.

Requirements:

Proven experience in production planning, preferably in manufacturing. Knowledge of MRP II systems and production planning techniques. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Tally knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication and coordination abilities. High school diploma required; further technical or planning certifications are preferred.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
