About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Event & Exhibition Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality events and exhibition projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the process from concept to completion, ensuring creative design, smooth production, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all aspects of events and exhibitions, including design, production, and logistics.
Coordinate with clients, designers, and production teams to ensure project success.
Responsible for bringing in new sales and preparing accurate cost estimations and quotations.
Supervise on-site setup, installation, and dismantling to ensure quality and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
7-8 years of experience in event or exhibition management.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
