Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate events, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, etc.). Prepare customized event proposals, Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to event delivery. Understand client needs, budgets, and objectives to offer tailored solutions. Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Event Planning Support

Collaborate with the operations/production team to ensure event requirements are clear. Provide accurate event details (setup, audio-visual needs, catering, decor, etc.). Assist in site inspections and walkthroughs with clients.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer service orientation. Organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of CRM software, sales tracking tools, and event management basics.

Event Sales Manager

is responsible for driving event business revenue, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring client satisfaction while working hand-in-hand with operations to deliver successful events.

Work Timings and Pay:

There isn't a single fixed timing for part-time sales Manger as the schedule is flexible and depends on the specific event, company, and client needs.

You can expect to work 3-4hrs per day Mon-Friday to meet the demands of event-based sales, but the overall hours will vary, offering flexibility to fit around other commitments.

Time is truly based on customer appointment and need to plan accordingly.

Fixed Pay AED2000 per month and performance base incentive will be AED2000 per successful sales conversion.

You are expected to close 5 sales per month.

Strong Sales skill must to have and worked under target based environment.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, including product demonstrations/presentations, and negotiation.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets .

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
