The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and delivery of events across the UAE. This role requires strong commercial acumen, a solid understanding of AV technologies, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in maintaining long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning project execution with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Account Development:
Identify and nurture new business opportunities within existing accounts while pursuing potential leads to expand the client base.
Proposal & Quotation Management:
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs, in coordination with technical and production teams.
Project Oversight:
Collaborate with production, technical, and logistics teams to ensure successful execution of events, meeting client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Align account management efforts with company-wide sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
Solid experience in Audio Visual Projects for Events
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the events industry within the UAE
Strong business acumen in account management within AVL
Technical Background is an advantage
English language proficiency is a must
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
